Paddle Boarding

At Malibu Coastal Adventures, we pride ourselves in offering safe and enjoyable paddle boarding lessons suitable for individuals of all ages. With the aim of catering to your preferences, we provide two distinct locations for our lessons.

Our Harbor Marina lessons offer an ideal setting for practicing on calm waters, free from the concern of ocean swells or beach waves. Alternatively, our ocean paddleboard lessons take place at one of the local beaches in Malibu, provided that conditions permit.

Rest assured that all of our lessons are thoughtfully crafted to provide you with the best experience. Included in each lesson are essential amenities such as a wetsuit, paddleboard, and paddle. To ensure a solid foundation, the initial 5-10 minutes of the lesson are spent on the beach, meticulously instructing you in proper board positioning and optimal paddle usage.

In the water, our instructors will guide you through a series of fundamental steps. These include transitioning from the beach to the water and vice versa, mastering paddle techniques, executing turns, falling techniques, and recovering the board. If you're seeking to elevate your paddle boarding skills, we also offer instruction in advanced wave riding.
